We Believe....

1. We believe that God (Yahweh, Jehovah, Abba Father) so loved the world that he sent His only begotten, Jesus Christ, to the world to die for our sins according the scriptures. Jesus was buried, He rose again on the third day and ascended to Heaven according to the $criptures.  (John 3:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

2. We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, was filled with the Holy Spirit as the son man, then walked the earth teaching, healing people and casting out demons. He did the works of Kingdom of God as an example for what the sons of men, who would become members of His body, the Church, should follow upon His ascension. (John 14:12-14; Matthew 4:23; Matthew 9:35-36; Acts 2:32-33; Acts 10:36-38; Ephesians 2:4-6; Luke 4:1)

3. We believe that Jesus Christ’s death, burial and resurrection purchased our redemption from sin through His blood. (I Corinthians 6:9-11; Hebrews 9:22; I Peter 1:18-19)

4. We believe in the partaking of Holy Communion as instructed by the Lord Jesus in the scriptures and confirmed by the Holy Spirit speaking through the Apostle Paul to the Church at Corinth. (Matthew  25: 26,27; Mark 14: 22-24; Luke 22: 14-20; 1 Corinthians 11: 23-30)

5. We believe that upon His ascension to heaven, Christ sent back the Holy Spirit for all who would believe on the name of Jesus. (Acts 2:32-33; John 14:25-26; John 15:26; John 16:6-7)

6. We believe that the Holy Spirit is the believer's Helper/Comforter to teach us ALL things, guide us in ALL truth and to do the works that Jesus did when He walked the earth through each believer. Jesus did the works of Kingdom of God. (John 14:12-24; 25-26; John 15:26; John 16:6-7)

7. We believe that water baptism represents the burial of the old man as Jesus was buried and resurrected a new man. (Romans 6:2-6; Colossians 2:12)

8. We believe that the Word of God (Holy Bible) is the literal Word of God to His people authored by the Holy Spirit and is of no private interpretation. (2 Peter 1:19-21; Matt 24:35; Mark 13:31; Luke 21:33; Psalm 102:25-26)

9. We believe that ALL believers are indwelt by the Holy Spirit once they receive Jesus Christ as Savior which is to enables them to live a victorious Christian life. However, only those who are willing to empty themselves will receive the baptism (infilling) of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, a heavenly language. (1 Corinthians 14: 21-22)

10. We believe that the Body of Christ must pray for the Jewish nation. (Psalms 122:6-9; Genesis 12:3; Genesis 27:29c; Numbers 24:9b)

11. We believe that the Body of Christ is seated in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus and has received authority and power over all demonic powers. The baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers the believer to invoke the principles of the Kingdom of God (righteousness, joy, peace) into the Earth by actively engaging in spiritual warfare against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.  (Ephesians 1:2-4, 19-21; 2:5-7; 3:9-11; 6:11-13; Cols 2:15)

12. This local portion of the corporate Body of Christ (the Church), with Jesus Christ being the Head, believes in sowing and reaping as stated in 2 Corinthians 9:6-15; Philippians 4: 15-20; and Acts 20:35.

13.    We believe in the imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth and that His body the Church will be raptured or caught away to meet Him, to be followed by events leading to God's final judgment.

(1 Corinthians15:50-52; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 2 Peter 3; Revelation 20:6, 11-15; 21:1-8; 22:12-17)
