Pastor Stephen E. Herman

Pastor/Evangelist Stephen E. Herman grew up in Brooklyn, New York.  He completed high school then went to NYCC and Pratt Institute where he completed his Engineering degree. But his greatest achievement was when he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 28 at the Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church while attending their first “revival” in forty (40) years.  Pastor Herman is sure that the Lord did it just for him at that place and that time.

 

From there he attended Redeeming Love Christian Center under Pastors Clinton and Sara Utterbach.  It is here that he received the baptism in the Holy Spirit in 1987.  After seven years of training God moved then, Brother Herman, to Calvary Temple Assemblies of God in Wayne, NJ under Pastor Richard Fogel. Where he was chosen by the Senior Associate Pastor, Thomas W. Keinath to be the adult Sunday School teacher and youth minister.  It is here also that Brother Herman traveled to Bogota, Colombia on his first missionary trip with Pastor Ramon Babilonia in 1996.  He experienced many miracles by the power of the Holy Spirit and ministered from pulpits with the aid of an interpreter.

 

In 1999 the Lord moved Evangelist Herman to Atlanta, GA where he experienced his total spiritual submission to God'’s will during a difficult time of unemployment.  In 2001 the Lord opened the door for him at Bellsouth where he was later given the opportunity to travel to the Philippines and India which confirmed his call to do the works of an Evangelist. In 2005 Evangelist Herman was led of the Lord to attend Fountain of Life Tabernacle in Conyers, GA under the leadership of Bishop Robert and Dr. Geraldine Powell.  He served in this local portion of body of Christ as Evangelist, Outreach Ministry leader, and teacher until the Spirit of God moved him in 2010. 

 

In 2005 Evangelist Herman also met Pastor Jerry and Isabella D'’Souza of AbundantLife International in Mumbai, India during his travels.  The Lord ordained this relationship and forged it in the Holy Spirit. Pastor D’'Souza gave Evangelist Herman the opportunity to minister at the annual pastor’s conference and various cell groups in Mumbai and Resurrection Sunday service in Pune. The relationship between Pastor D’'Souza and Evangelist Herman continued and on May 7, 2010 on a visit to the United States, Bishop Jerry D'’Souza ordained Evangelist Herman as Pastor of Abundant Life International in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Dr. Charmaine Herman

 

Dr. Charmaine Herman grew up in Brooklyn, NY. In 1986 she moved to Tuskegee, Alabama to attend Tuskegee University, here she committed her life to the Lord Jesus Christ.  In 1987 she moved to Columbia, SC to attend the University of South Carolina and began to fellowship with Deliverance Temple Evangelistic Ministries under the guidance of the Holy Spirit through Evangelist Eloise Toney Johnson.  It was here that young  Charmaine Flemming received the baptism in the Holy Spirit and was taught in the Word of God. She grew in her anointing and ability to pray with others  for  deliverance.  She worked closely with Apostle Eloise Toney in the ministry of the Word and prayer witnessing many miracles.

 

In 2005 she began her Chiropractic education at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC. In November 2006 the Lord God by His Spirit introduced her to Evangelist Stephen Herman.  The two were married in December 2006 with a formal ceremony in January 2007. Upon completing her Doctorate in Chiropractic, the Hermans moved to Alpharetta, Georgia.  

 

On June 5, 2010  AbundantLife International - Atlanta, GA  began their work in Alpharetta, GA with weekly Saturday Word Study.
